11:00 - 12:30 PM - 'The Symbolic Self' workshop. Narrative practices to uncover hidden stories, identify limiting beliefs, map internal symbolic terrain, setting ‘homework’

12:30 - 2:30 PM - Lunch and rest

2:30 - 4:30 PM - Short breathwork session, followed by pen / reflection / integration/ work in small groups

4:30 - 6:00 PM - Optional nature walk or personal reflection or spa use

6:00 - 7:30 PM - Dinner

7:30 - 9:00PM - Guided meditation, symbolic silence, and partner dialogue

9:00 PM - Evening journaling and rest
